About In & Out Blinds

Hola! I’m Josue (Sway) and the proud owner of In & Out Blinds, along with my loving wife Amber. I was raised in the Seattle/Renton area and have been living here in the awesome Pacific Northwest for over 27 plus years! I love being a husband and father while maintaining my own business to provide for my family.

After starting college, I quickly realized that  I wanted to follow the path of entrepreneurship and seek out a business of my own. Along my journey I was fortunate to meet amazing people that opened the doors to becoming an installer for window treatments.

Business ownership has alway been part of my life. My parents, sisters and brothers all have their own businesses. Growing up I found myself working for all of them at some point in my teens and throughout my mid 20s. I developed a lot of valuable skill sets along the way . Most of the time my job title was to be a translator for my family, which at first was really hard for me simply because as a kid I found it challenging to speak to strangers. However,  later on during my journey, communicating with my clients has become my favorite part of my business. I find it very satisfying working with customers and being able to treat my clients first class.

I thoroughly enjoy carrying on the family tradition of owning a business that provides for my family, but also serve the needs of my community.
